Description: LIPPER is an innovative lip care formula with an instant effect. The product contains a complex with a mimetic peptide that helps increase the volume of the lips, making them plumper and "fuller" on a permanent basis, as well as antioxidant vitamin E and purslane extract.
How to use: Apply a small amount of lipper to your lips and spread it evenly over the entire surface using the convenient applicator. For a more saturated color, apply again. We recommend storing the lipper at a temperature of +5 to +25 degrees. In cold weather, we recommend applying the lipper in a warm room 10-15 minutes before going outside.
